500 Days of Summer and Adam

These are two movies that I wish were on everyone's radar. Both films are Fox Searchlight movies and have received very positive reviews from a few film festivals. Naturally being indie films in origin they are not receiving any wide releases. So in hopes to get these movies on more people's radar here are some links.

500 days of Summer stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Zoey Deschanel. Here is a list of release dates for cities across the country, and here is the trailer. Just watch it.

Adam is a much more indie film in the fact that it stars two people you've probably never heard of. It is a story of a man with Asperger's Syndrome who falls in love with his new neighbor Beth. It looks like a funny movie about a challenging relationship, but making it work. Which is great because in all reality every relationship is a challenge and people sometimes forget that (hence the 50% divorce rate in America).
